Yuen Law Firm is a Dutch law firm approved by the Dutch judicial authority. The team members of Yuen Law Firm are specialized in immigration law, and have gained substantial work experience. We have built an extensive good network with relevant organizations and authorities in order to make each application a succes. In the past few years, our firm has successfully helped dozens of Chinese companies setting up a (daughter)company in The Netherlands, and gaining a residence permit for the concerning managing directors and their families.
Our law office is acknowledged by the Immigration- and Naturalization Office (IND) to participate in the special entry procedure for knowledge migrants. This means that all high skilled migrant applications through our law firm will be handled with priority and the application procedure will be shortened. Until 2009, Yuen Law Firm was known by the name of “Jomec International Lawyers”. Patty Yuen is the founder of both firms.
In 2007 Jomec International lawyers won the Golden Sandglass as the most Leading Niche Law Firm 2007, a prestigious award by the State of Bar (Stand van de Advocatuur), organized by Dutch legal publisher KSU. According to the jury, Jomec International Lawyers is an innovating and leading law firm, which penetrated the right market at the right time. References show that the firm has a practical attitude directed at "getting things done".
