Conditions
Yuen Law Firm is a private company with limited liability established according to the Dutch Law. The private company with limited liability is situated and holds office in Rotterdam and is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number 24358443.
The General Conditions are applicable to all services provided by Yuen Advocaten.
Fees
The honorarium of Yuen Law Firm will be calculated according to an in advance agreed on hourly tariff. Our hourly tariff varies depending on the urgency and nature of the case. It is possible to agree on a fixed price. Besides the agreed honorarium, costs of third parties (for example court fees, third party charges etc.) will be separately invoiced.
